Cabbage Potato Rolls with Creamy Dip

Ingredients

  1. Cabbage, Potato, Rice flour, Maida, Mayoneese, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder, chaat masala, jeera powder, black pepper, lemon juice, oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take out cabbage whole leaf carefully and dip into salt water for some time.

    Take boiled and mashed potatoes add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder, jeera powder, chaat masala, black pepper and few drops of lemon juice, mix and make small rolls.

    Take cabbage leaf from salt water and wash with fresh water and dry completely with the help of cloth.

    Take each leaf put the roll in the center and cover from all the sides, take maida add rice flour in same proportions add salt, black pepper and make a mixture.

    Dip each roll in the mixture and fry.

  6. 6

    Creamy dip - Take chopped cabbage dip in salt water for some time, wash with plain water, take mayoneese add salt, black pepper and chopped cabbage.
