Tangy & Tasty Raw Mango Rice

Cook rice properly and spread it on a plate to cool.Wash, peel and grate raw mangoes.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves,when it splutters, add chana dal,peanuts, red chillies, green chillies and hing. Once dal turn golden, it's time to add chopped onion.
When onion turns golden brown add turmeric powder and salt. Add grated mangoes and mix well to combine with the spices. Cook for just 2-3 seconds and switch off the flame.Add cooked rice, mix gently and serve with curd.
