Stuffed Aachari Kairi

Firstly in a bowl mix all the spices by adding 1 tbsp water to make a paste.

Now wash the kairi (raw mango) cut i to 2 half. Now cut each piece into +.

Finely chop the onion.

Now fill the spiced paste in each piece of kairi.

Heat oil in a kadhai put the stuffed pieces of kairi.put onion on top.

Cover and let it cook on low flame for 5 mins.

Now stir it well check if mangoes are tender..

Garnish with coriander.
Serve hot with chappati.
