Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. Pineapple peeled and sliced with an opening for cherries
  3. 200 gramsbutter
  4. I cup white sugar
  5. Halfcup brown sugar
  6. Cherries
  7. Halfteaspoon baking powder
  8. Halfteaspoon baking soda
  9. 5 tablespoonmelted butter
  10. 200 gramsmilk
  11. 2eggs

Steps

    Preheat oven

    Rub magarine and butter on baking pan

    Pour the 5tablespoon melted butter inside the pan

  4. 4

    Sprinkle the half cup brown sugar

  5. 5

    Line the pineapple inside

  6. 6

    Place the cherries in the space in the pineapple and set aside

  7. 7

    Sieve flour, add baking powder and soda to the four.

  8. 8

    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy

  9. 9

    Add the eggs, mix to combine

  10. 10

    Add the milk and sieved flour at intervals..

  11. 11

    Pour the cake batter inside the pan, on top of your lined pineapple..

  12. 12

    Bake for 1hr at 150 degrees...
