  • 2 litrewater
  • 1small onion
  • halfgreen pepper
  • 1 tbsbenny spice
  • 2 tbsminestrone soup
  • 1carrot

    Boil brown beans until over cooked

  2. 2

    Mash them then add 1 litre water with minestrone soup

  3. 3

    Add carrots green pepper and onion

  4. 4

    Add oil and benny spice boil until well cooked.serve hot
