At first marinate the washed mutton with onion slices(1/2 portion of the quantity) ginger garlic paste (1/2) turmeric powder,red chilli Powder raw papaya paste and oil.keep it for atleast 2 hours.

Now heat oil in a wide pan add the jeera seeds whole red chilli,bay leaf and whole garam masalas

Add onion garlic ginger paste saute well till the raw smell disappears

Add jeera dhaniya powder and red chilli Powder mix well

Now add the marinated mutton and saute well adding salt and turmeric
- 6
Keep it on a low heat with a lid on it

Keep stirring so that it will not burn

Finally when the mutton starts to leave oil add warm water and cover it for 20 -30 mnts

Finally heat ghee in a tadka pan add garam masala powder and pour it into the mutton curry

Remove the curry from heat and serve hot
