Mango Salsa

#RawMango
Mango salsa - summer cant get any better than having a fresh and crunchy mango salsa. The heat from the chillies, the crunch from the onion, the mint to pick up your palate and the sweet tanginess from the mangoes all make it so special.
Serve it with rice, or nachos or chips, serve it with paranthas or enchiladas any way you serve, it’s just so tantalizing.

- 3
In a mixing bowl toss the mango, onion, chillies and mint leaves with the lemon juice.

My tip
Onions are added for the crunch, you can pretty much change and can also add colorful bell peppers for a variation.
