Ingredients

  • 2boiled potatoes
  • 2 tablespoonsooji
  • 1small green mango
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    First heat 1 tablespoon water and add suji in it. Put off the gas and let it cool

  2. 2

    Grate the green mango and add boiled potatoes and suji.

  3. 3

    Add salt to taste

  4. 4

    Make kebabs and roll it in wheat flour and shallow fry in Hot Tawa or frypan.Serve with green mango and mint chutney
