I am always looking for ways to cook healthy meals. This recipe is dairy free and is great with some homemade rolls. You can eat this and not feel guilty afterwards :)

Sautee garlic and onions in olive oil for 15 to 20 minutes.

Add tomatoes and cook for another 20 to 25 munutes. Cover.
- 3
Add chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, pepper flakes, salt, pepper and basil.

Stir over low heat and cook for 15 minutes.

Using a hand blender, blend all ingredients together. Once blended, cook for another 10 minutes.

Add more salt for flavor if needed.
