Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupMargarine
  • 1 1/2 cupWhite Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cupBrown Sugar (Packed)
  • 4Eggs
  • 1 tspVanilla extract
  • 1/2 pkgToffee Chips
  • 1 1/2 cupPeanut Butter
  • 2 cupsOatmeal
  • 2 cupsFlour
  • 2 1/2 tspBaking Soda
  • 1/2 pkgChocolate Chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream (do not melt) margarine

  2. 2

    Add both sugars & stir well

  3. 3

    Add eggs and vanilla extract

  4. 4

    Add flour and baking soda together, mix in the oatmeal then add little by little to rest of mixture. (Stir until no more sign of flour)

  5. 5

    Add in the toffee chips and the chocolate chips

  6. 6

    Cook each batch @ 325° for 9 minutes
