Mix sugar and blueband and stir to get fine mixture

Add eggs and stir gently to form fine mixture

Add wheat flour and stir

Add water or milk, your choice, till you make the dough (just like for chapati)

Leave it to stand for some minutes

Then slice the dough according to your favorite shapes

Boil the cooking oil then dip your sliced sweet mandazi

Serve with hot tea or your favorite morning drink.
