Steps

Cut potato and gobhi in small size.

Heat oil in a kadhai, add Jeera, add onion and tomato and saute till light pink of tomato soft.

Add all spices, mix well and then add potato and gobhi.

Mix well and add little water so that potato and gobhi.mix with masala.
- 5
Cook in medium galane, hass on simmer and check time to time.

When both potato and gobhi cooked, switch off gass.
- 7
Serve hot with roti.
