Ingredients

  • 1 kgbeef stewing pieces
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1green pepper, grated
  • 1carrot, chopped
  • 1 cubeknorrox
  • 4 tbs oil
  • 1 tspbarbecue spice
  • to tastesalt

  1. 1

    Boil beef in 2 cups of water

  2. 2

    When the beef is tender add oil, onion, barbecue spice and knorrox cube

  3. 3

    After you add chopped carrot, salt to taste

  4. 4

    Finally add grated green pepper let it simmer for 10 minutes.
