Steps

Soak the cheakpeas for at least 5-6!hours before cooking

Pressure cook the cheakpeas along with onion garlic and salt

Make a soft dough with the flour and curd and keep aside

Now heat a pan and add the whole jeera bay leaf and whole dry red chilli

Saute the chopped onions and ginger garlic paste

Add salt and turmeric powder and saute till the raw smell disappears

Add jeera dhaniya powder and saute

Pour the boiled cheakpeas and mix properly

Remove it from oven and keep aside

Now take small portions of the dough and make small balls

Roll the balls with a rolling pin to a round shape

Deep fry the bhature and serve it with chole
