Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Prepare your bakinh tin and set aside

Measure all your dry ingredients. Sift flour into a medium bowl

Mix sugar and margarine/butter and cream the two for 5-8 mins ubtil white

Add vanilla and then beat eggs and add to the creamed mixture

Add your flour alternatinh with milk stary and end with flour for best results

Pour the batter into the cake pan and place into middle rack to bake

Bake for 20-30 mins until a fork insterted comes out clean
- 8
For frosting,beat 250g butter until white. Sift your icing sugar 500gms and add it to the creamed butter. Beat until smooth and add milk to get your desired consistency.
