Boil the rice

Fry boiled beans with onions, tomatoes, tomato paste, cumin seeds, salt and pepper, corriander and green bell peppers.

For the salad, slice cucumber, tomatoes, onions and dress with lemon juice and a teaspoon of olive or coconut oil.
