Wash the palak leaves and finely chop them..Now add haldi powder,adrak lasun and chilli paste,coriander powder,cumin seeds,roasted sesame seeds,sauf or fennel seeds powder salt to taste and corinder leaves.

Mix well and add one cup of roasted gram flour and 1 tablespoon of rice flour to it. now add one tablespoon of warm oil to it..mix well,Add water to make a thick batter.

Take a plate and grease it with oil and spread the mixture in it

Now steam it in cooker for around 10 mins

Let it cool..Later cut it into desired shape

And shallow fry or deep fry it..serve it hot with sauce
