Steps

Boil the milk till it remains half.

Mix flour in a 2 tbsp milk and add to the boiling milk stirrigly.

Add sugar. Churn the content for 1 min in a mixer.

Beat the cream till frothy.

Add to the thick milk.Sw itch off the gas.

Add caramalized chunks and vanilla extract.

Pour in icecream mould and feeze it for two hours. Cover it.

Churn again and finally set it for freezing for 8 hours covered.

Really yummy and delectable ice cream.

For caramalized sugar chunks caramalize the sugar till thick.Once cool break into pieces.
