Vegetable rice with coconut beans
Steps

Boil 3 cups of water.

Add a pinch of salt and 1 tbs cooking oil plus the rice.

Bring to boil until the water is almost dry.

Add the chopped carrots and hoho and stir slowly until the water dries.keep it aside while covered for the vegetables to steam properly.

Place onions,ginger and onions in a sufuria.

Heat until golden brown.

Add tomatoes and dania,stir and cover to soften.

Add the boiled beans and stir.

Add 1 tbs pilau masala,cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the coconut cream,stir and it's ready to serve.
