Take a long glass, pour the rose syrup in it.

Take a blender pour milk, sugar, 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and rose essence in it and blend it for 3 minutes.

Pour the mixture into the glass. Cool it for 30 minutes.

Now put the vermicelli and garden cress seeds in it.

After that put the last scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and enjoy it chilled!
