Cooking Instructions

To prepare the plain custard, pour in a pan 6 cups of milk with 1 cup of sugar. Stir and bring to boil on medium heat.

Add in the custard powder dissolved in 2 cups warm milk while constantly stirring. Keep stirring until mixture boils and thickens. Remove pan from heat.

To prepare the chocolate custard, follow the same steps as for the plain custard and add the cocoa powder.

Prepare 10 glass bowls and place 1 biscuit at the bottom of each bowl. Pour over the biscuit a layer of plain custard followed by a layer of chocolate custard and top with another biscuit.

Refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve cold.
