3kilo of goat meat
10Fresh tomatoes fruit
Hand full Fresh pepper
Curry
Onion
8stock cube
Ginger
Garlic
Thyme
Water
Salt
1 litrevegetable oil

Wash fresh meat, season and steam, fry in a pre heated oil.

Prepare sauce by stir frying onoin, tomatoes, ginger,garlic add stock cube curry powder.

Rub the meat gently in the sauce and set aside.
