Ingredients

  • 500 mlFulfat milk
  • 1/2 cupGrated pumpkin
  • 1/2 cupGrated beetroot
  • 7-8Finely chopped Dates
  • 2-3 tspHoney
  • 1 pinchNutmeg powder. /Elaichi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly in a non stick pan boil milk put pumpkin & beetroot and dates now milk on low flame till to get thicker till 1/2 add jayfl powder keep aside and let it cool

  2. 2

    Pot the mixture in kulfi mould and freeze tiil it's set

  3. 3

    Serve chilled
