Boil a pot of water and put a packet of samyang noodle in

Break 3 eggs into a bowl with half a packet of samyang seasoning, whisk well

Put the boiled noodle into egg and mix well

Heat up frying pan with about a tablespoon of oil and put the mixture into the pan
- 5
Once the bottom is cooked, flip over
- 6
Flip back up, apply the remaining of the samyang sauce on top of the omelette and garnish with shredded cheddar and seaweed.
