  • headsBroccoli
  • Diced Carrots
  • Tomatoes
  • Diced apples
  • diced red onions
  • coloured capsicum(optional)
  • Mayonnaise or soar cream

    Cut every ingredient into small pieces,simmer for 2 minutes,remove from the heat,add diced apples,mix them well,let them cool for a bit then add the dressing of your choice I used mayonnaise
