Ab flour ki loiya bana kar unha round-round baal kar Puri bana la uska baad knife sa puri ko bicha say cut karke 2 parts kar la half cut Curry puri ko puri upar ka part par fingers sa thoda water lagaya aur aadhi cut Curry hui Puri ko koon banaya puriyako koon banana ka baad koon ma samosa ka stuffed bhara aur unka kinara par thoda water lagaya aur close kar da.

Ek kadhai mein 3 big spoon oil daal kar garam Kara aur medium heat par garam oil mein bhara hua samosa ko halka brown hona tak fry kara.

Samosa fry ho jaaye to ek plate mein tissue paper rakha kar fried samosa us plate mein nikal la aur garam-garam samosa sause aur chutney ka satha khaya.........☺☺
