Chicken Shawarma
I try to make restaurant-style food at home because it's healthier.

Marinate the chicken in yogurt and seasoning.

Add the oil and vinegar to the mixture.

Add the garlic and ginger, mix the chicken well, and let it rest in the refrigerator.

Meanwhile, make the shawarma bread at home: knead 2 cups flour (about 250 grams) with a little salt, 1 tablespoon yeast, 2 tablespoons milk, and water. Knead until you have a smooth dough.

Shape the dough into small balls about the size of a lemon and let them rest.

Heat a little oil in a skillet, add the chicken and onions, and sauté until cooked through.

Roll out the dough into circles and cook them on a nonstick skillet until all are done.

Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on each piece of bread, add the chicken shawarma and French fries, roll it up, then wrap it in sandwich paper.

You can serve it with tahini salad. Enjoy!
