  3. 2 tbspMilkmaid
  4. 1/2 cupMilk
  5. 1/3 tbspCardamom powder
  6. Fried dry fruits - for garnish
  7. 2 tbspGhee
  8. 2Beetroot
  9. 1 cupSugar
  10. 2 tbspMilkmaid
  11. 1/2 cupMilk
  12. 1/3 tbspCardamom powder
  13. Fried dry fruits - for garnish
  14. 2 tbspGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash & grate the beetroot

  2. 2

    Pressure cook for 2 whistle with adding milk

  3. 3

    Take a pan

  4. 4

    Add ghee

  5. 5

    Add the cooked beetroot

  6. 6

    Let it cook in ghee for some time

  7. 7

    Now add sugar & mix well

  8. 8

    Add milkmaid & cardamom

  9. 9

    Mix well

  10. 10

    Now garnish with dry fruits

  11. 11

    It's healthy too 😇
