Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes(I used pishori and the taste is nice

I marinated chicken in yoghurt,chicken masala,paprika,Tumeric,fenugreek and oregano/basil(i used fresh herbs) for 3 hours

Cook onions until Brown then remove them.

Add tomatoes to the marinated chicken and let it cook for 20minutes
- 5
Preboil the rice and drain then add on top of the chicken but don't mix,cover it and let it slow cook

Serve it hot,garnish it will dhania,
