Heat oil in a pan,crackle mustard seeds,hing,ChanaDal,ginger paste and mix well.Add chopped chillies and sauté,add grated coconut,chopped Coriander leaveand salt.Mix properly.The masala will be hot so allow it to cool.

In a large bowl,add Rava,Yogurt,Water to be needed and mix well.Keep the batter to soak for 20 minutes.

Now grease The Idli Plates and Switch on the steamerwith sufficient water.Add eno in the batter and pour 1 tbsp Of Idli batter into each impression.

Now place the prepared coconut stuffing pour again 1 tbsp Of Idli batter to cover the stuffing.Stack up all the Idli Plates and steam for8-10 minutes. Keep it for another 4-5 minutes.

Un moulds The Idli Plates.Serve hot Idlis
