Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2Tawa Parantha fresh
  • 2 tablespoonghee
  • 2 tablespoonChopped Mixed nuts, like cashew and almonds
  • 1/2 tablespoonwhite sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoondesiccated coconut powder
  • 1 tablespoonSugar
  • For Garnishing:
  • 1 TablespoonPeanuts
  • 1 TablespoonKishmish
  • 2Cashewnuts

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First break the paranthas in small pieces, by shredding it with hands.

  2. 2

    Then place it in a mortar and pestle and further pound it into a coarse crumbly mixture. This can also be done in a chopper or food processor.

  3. 3

    At this point add the sugar, chopped nuts and sesame seeds. Toss it all together for a couple of minutes till incorporated.

  4. 4

    Transfer into a bowl and garnish with mentioned ingredients. serve the Choorie Immediately
