Coconut Curd Rice

Boil rice.Keep it aside.

In a saucepan heat oil,add mustard seeds.

When the mustard seeds start popping add a pinch of hing,sauté for few seconds.

Now add Coriander,green chillies.Saute them for a minute.

Now add ChanaDal,ginger and coconut,sauté for 2 minutes.Add salt and Switch off the flame.

Mix Curd and milk together.

Add rice,Curd and the tempering together.
- 8
Transfer the coconut-Curd rice into a serving bowl and allow to get chilled.When Serve chilled..very tasty and healthy in summer season.
