Put the tomoatoes on the stove burner over a net and let them cook on flame. Keep turning them around so that they don't char.

Take them off and let the cool. Peel them. Crush them well

Add salt and chopped chillies and chopped garlic.

And add the mustard oil for the aroma and flavour. You can add extra spoon. It's ready. Eat with any parontha or rice.
