Cottage cheese rich in Protein . A quick recipe for quick bites !
Steps

Take a wok. Add butter to it. Saute the cottage cheese that are cut in to cubes.
- 2
Take the onion and cut them in cubes again and sauteed them along.
- 3
Take them out. Add the bell peppers again cut in to cubes. An inch in size. Saute them in 1 tsp butter.
- 4
Now crush the pepoercorns and add in ; also add in the cottage cheese and onion. Salt to taste.
- 5
Serve hot. Eat as and when you like.
