I am a chap fan and i always try different items with it.So i thought of making it with a twist like this because i have never eaten it anywhere.It was really mouth watering.

I am a chap fan and i always try different items with it.So i thought of making it with a twist like this because i have never eaten it anywhere.It was really mouth watering.
Steps

Firstly put chap in some water for a while so that it can easily detached from sticks.Then cut it in to 1" long circles and cut these circles in half.

Put some salt and corn flour over it and deep fry it.Now keep it aside.

Put some edible oil/ olive oil in a non stick pan,put onion in it and give it a nice heat.peel the garlic and crush it well and put with onions(that is cut into long strings).put capsicum and cook it well too.

Now add salt,black pepper,ajinomoto(a pinch only),1-2 teaspoon soya sauce,1 teaspoon vinegar and chat masala according to your taste and put green chillies cut in to half.Now finally add fried chap into it and cook it for 3-4 minutes on low flame.

It's ready to serve now.Sprinkle some coriander over it and serve it with chilled apple juice.
