Grate beet,keep aside

Heat ghee in a pan,add grated beet,saute for time.

Add milk and cook beet till soft.

Add sugar and cook furthur.

Add mawa and cook for a while,till it becomes glossy.

Add cardmom

Instead of mawa you can add cream too.

Either serve it in a bowl or set in a tray and cut into square peices.

Garnish with almonds,pistachios and rose petals.

Before serving,garnish with cream.
