Gather all ingredients.

Seive flour,baking powder and pinch of salt together.Grate the cheese cubes.

Beat butter and curd with sugar add all dry ingredients and make a soft dough.Add vanilla extract and knead it once again.

Roll round big poori and cut 4 roundels with the help of round katori.

Keep one poori on another. Make cuts leaving center portion. Fill it with cheese.Make petals then rose.In some portion of dough add green food colour and make leaves.

Bake the roses and leaves for 20 min. at 150 degree.

When cool smear strawberry jam to give them red colour. Leaves have green colour already.
