Wash the rice and set aside

Brunch the peas and French beans, then set aside.

Fry the onions in oil, on low heat until golden brown, add the cumin seeds, tomato paste, and cashew nuts. Stir until well mixed, then add the French beans and peas and stir.

Add measured water, with salt to taste.

Bring to boil then add the rice.

Cook for 15 minutes.

Serve hot with any of your preferred animal or vegetable protein.
