Not everyone enjoys eating sugared food so I chose to make sugarless pancakes for my children so I could see their reactions and sure they loved them.

Not everyone enjoys eating sugared food so I chose to make sugarless pancakes for my children so I could see their reactions and sure they loved them.

Sieve the dry ingredients together and mix well

Add the butter and mix well

Add the already beaten eggs and mix well

Add 750 mls of water and mix to your desired thickness. You can use a mixer or a blender
- 5
Put your non stick pan on fire and let it heat then put in little oil and pour in your mixture to your desired size. When one side is cooked then turn the other side and cook well.

Serve with hot tea/coffee/chocolate and enjoy
