This curry is very tasty and takes less time to make. Whenever I am in hurry I make this delicious jhatpat Anda curry cooked in coconut and tomatoes masala.

This curry is very tasty and takes less time to make. Whenever I am in hurry I make this delicious jhatpat Anda curry cooked in coconut and tomatoes masala.

Boil eggs

In a mixie jar add chopped tomatoes, grated coconut, piece of ginger, garlic,turmeric salt and make a fine paste.

In a pan heat oil add cummin seeds,mustard and curry leaves, let it splutter
- 4
Add grinded masala, ted chilli Powder, garam masala Powder, coriander Powder and saute for 1-2 mins, adjust water and let it boil.

Once boil and corner leaves oil add chopped coriander leaves and boiled egg, take one boil.

Your delicious And a curry is ready to serve with hot steam rice.
