I won a recipe contest once with a version of this. Well, it was an honorable mention. In that one I used canned tomatoes. The secret to this recipe is the Worcestershire sauce. I sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Can serve over rice, noodles or baked potato. Need it spicier, add some red pepper flakes.

Heat oil in large skillet. Cook onion pepper blend under soft. Add all other ingredients. Simmer, stirring occasionally until heated through and much of liquid is absorbed.
