Ingredients

  • 225 gflour
  • 225 gsugar
  • 225 gbutter
  • 2 tspvanilla
  • 4eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Preheat oven at 180 degrees centigrade

  3. 3

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk to normal

  4. 4

    Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 30 mins

  5. 5

    Decorate with whipped cream sprinkled with chocolate flakes

  6. 6

    Top up with strawberries
