Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3raw tomatoes cut into slices
  • 1/2 cuppineapple pulp
  • 1/4the cup scraped Coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1dry red chilli
  • To tastesalt
  • Add needed oil

Steps

    Heat oil in a pan add dry red chilli and mustard seed for tempering

  2. 2

    Now add the tomato slices

  3. 3

    Add salt and pineapple pulp

  4. 4

    Cover till it becomes soft

  5. 5

    Add scraped coconut mix well

  6. 6

    Finally add sugar and combine

  7. 7

    Garnish it with coconut and serve
