  • 1-2/3 poundchicken breast
  • 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 tbspground black pepper
  • 1 tbspHungarian paprika
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbpsgranulated garlic powder

    Fire up the grill I used charcoal and oak wood

  2. 2

    Mix the rub consisting of garlic powder, sugar, salt, paprika, and black pepper.

    Slice chicken in half lengthways.

  4. 4

    Rinse the chicken, leave wet. Add rub to the chicken breast.

    Grill the chicken till done the sugar will burn easily so be careful

This sounds so good. Easy also. You come up with such eat awesome ideas. I tend to over think things. Which isn't always the best way to try cooking something mere or exciting.
