Mix the dough and water together to make a non sticky dough

While the dough is still resting you can work on the fillings in a sauce pan warm the oil once hot fry mined meat and all ingredients together

Assemble the samosa dough roll into into 4.5 inch circles and cut the circle in half with a knife make your semicircle and make a fold in the shape of a triangle seal along the fold

Put this corn carefully between your thumb and index fingureand place the fillings inside then fold over

Once u are done deepfry your samosas and serv hot

With any drink
