Steps

Pressure cook the soaked daal using 1/2 a cup of water(do not use more water) for upto 2 whistles

Let the fall cook well in the steam

Melt ghee in a pan and the cashews
- 4
Sauté them until light brown and keep aside
- 5
Transfer the cooked daal in the same pan and sauté on high heat for upto 2-3 minutes

Add jaggery and salt

Mix them well and sauté on Low heat now for 2 minutes

Finally add the coconut milk and mix well until incorporated

Take off heat and serve warm garnished with fried cashews
