Steps

Ek pan oil dale chopped onion dale or bhoone add Karein chopped tomato or capsicum Salt dale high flame per paani sukhkne tak bhoone.

Add Karein schezewan chutney, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, vineager, grated cheese mix Karein. Stuffing ready.

Mada Mein salt dale or paani ki help se dough ready Karein.

15 min rest de. Small Lemon size ki balls bana le or puri ki shape de.

1 spoon stuffing bhar kar momos ki shape de.

Ek pan Mein water boil Karein.
- 7
Strainer ko oil se grease Karein or pan ke upper rake.
- 8
Momos ko strainer per rake or upper se plate se cover Karein.
- 9
High flame per 15 min steam Karein.
- 10
Serve red chilli chutney.
