Coconut Khaman Dhokla

Whisk gram flour,rava, baking soda,turmeric, salt and eno salt in a large bowl.Add salt also
Whisk yogurt, water and ¼ cup oil in medium bowl. Add grated coconut,mix properly.Add to dry ingredients and stir to combine. Pour into prepared Dhokla tray and steam until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean, about 20 minutes. - 2
Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in skillet over medium heat. Add mustard seeds,sliced green chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida. Cook for 3 minutes. Pour over warm dhokla.
Cool 20 minutes before removing from tray and cutting to serve. - 3
Garnish with grated coconut and serve.
