Steps

Peel tomatoes and chop in desired style(I like julienne style)

Peel and chop the cucumber into rings
- 3
Chop lettuce to sizeable chunks
- 4
Toss all into a salad bowl together with salt,lemon juice and bit of pepper. *note: you can choose some salad oil over the salad dressing.you can spice it up abit with some dania
- 5
Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate and serve with meal or as a salad with some beef roast and potato wedges
