Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 gmsParwal / pointed gourd
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • For stuffing
  • 1 cupMawa / whole dried milk
  • 1 tbsChopped almond
  • 1/2 cupGrated coconut
  • 3 tbspSugar
  • 1/4 tspCardamom powder

Steps

60 mins
  1. 1

    Wash and remove the skin of the parwal /pointed gourd.

    Scoop out well.

    Take a pan add sugar and water till sugar dissolves.

  4. 4

    Bring into one string consistency.

  5. 5

    Add pointed gourd and boil it on sim flame till it colour change.

  6. 6

    Heat mawa / whole dried milk in a pan and saute till brown.

  7. 7

    Add 3tbsp sugar,coconut,crushed almonds and cardamom powder and mix well,

  8. 8

    Now stuffing is ready.

  9. 9

    Take one pointed gourd and fill the stuffing inside it.

  10. 10

    Apply this process in all parwal / pointed gourd.
